Shipping Locations

We ship our products worldwide, so you can enjoy YUTH products no matter where you are located. If your destination country is not on the list please reach us out info@yuthskin.de and we will do our best to serve you.

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Premium Shipping within EU:
    • We offer free EU shipping on all orders.
  • Premium Shipping outside of EU:
      • We apply a small fee on orders outside of EU

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after purchase.
  • There are no additional processing delays during holidays or peak seasons.

Delivery Time

  • EU: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days.
  • International: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days for most destinations.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
  • You can track your order directly on DHL’s website using the tracking number provided.

Order Cutoff Time

  • All orders placed before 2 PM Berlin Time (CET) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next business day. Please note that this applies to standard processing times and does not account for shipping transit times.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We offer shipping protection for an additional cost at checkout. If you have purchased shipping protection and your package is lost or stolen, please contact us for a replacement or refund.
  • If shipping protection was not selected, we are unable to offer compensation for lost or stolen packages.

We do not have any product-specific shipping restrictions at this time.
