At YUTH, we strive to preserve your youthful looking skin by body’s natural stimulation of collagen and elastin, and delivering potent active ingredients beneath the skin surface. We understand that sometimes a treatment may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for refunds.
  • Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned to our warehouse. Our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee also covers already opened & used products. 
  • Hygiene Notice
    EU law allows an exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed cosmetic products once unsealed. YUTH voluntarily extends its 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee to opened and used products as a goodwill gesture. This does not affect our statutory obligations.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to forever@yuthskin.de with your order number and the reason for your return or how we can improve our at-home treatments.

Please include your order number to help us locate your purchase and process your return efficiently.

Return Shipping

  • Please note, we will not accept any returns at our returns address unless you have contacted us via email beforehand and received RMA number to proceed with the return.
  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted under any 
    circumstance and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We encourage our customers to use a trackable shipping service for returns as 
    YUTH is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@yuthskin.de with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
