Introduction
Welcome to YUTH
YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment is a clinically inspired system designed to deliver professional-grade skin rejuvenation results from the comfort of your home. This manual is your comprehensive guide, developed with dermatological precision, to ensure you use the system safely, confidently, and effectively.
What is Micro-Infusion Treatment?
Micro-Infusion is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses ultra-fine needles to create micro-channels in the skin. These channels:
- Stimulate collagen and elastin production
- Enhance absorption of active ingredients
- Improve texture, tone, and hydration
- Reduces wrinkles and fine lines as well as supports a healthy skin barrier
Unlike traditional microneedling, YUTH’s system combines precision stamping technology with science-backed peptide serum to optimize results while minimizing irritation and downtime from the comfort of your home.
Recommendation of use
This Instruction Manual provides essential information for the correct and safe use of the YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment. Before using the micro-infusion treatment:
- Read this manual in full before first use
- Revisit key instructions before every treatment
- Use only YUTH-approved needle heads and serums
- Follow all guidelines exactly as described
- Keep the manual accessible at all times
NB! Improper use may cause adverse skin reactions or complications.
Always use the YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment exactly as directed, without modifying the treatment or using unauthorized components. Each micro-infusion applicator head is single-use and must never be reused or shared. Only treat clean, intact, and healthy skin, and follow the recommended treatment schedule to avoid overuse or irritation. Be sure to comply with local regulations governing at-home microneedling, as restrictions may vary by region.

DO’s
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before beginning the treatment. Keep them clean throughout the process. If you prefer, you may wear disposable gloves for added hygiene and comfort
-
Sanitize your workspace before setup. This includes cleaning any surfaces you’ll be using (e.g., bathroom counter or table) with an alcohol-based disinfectant to minimize the risk of contamination.
- Perform a patch test before your first full treatment. Apply a small amount of the serum to a discreet area (like inner forearm) to check for any allergic or sensitivity reactions.
- If you notice pinpoint bleeding during treatment, gently rinse the area with cool, clean water and pat dry with a sterile gauze or cotton pad. Minor bleeding can be normal, but it should stop quickly. Do not continue treatment on irritated or inflamed areas.
- Always use a new, sterile needle head for each session. Never reuse needle heads, as this can introduce bacteria and cause infection. When attaching the needle head, avoid touching the needle tips to keep them sterile.
- Dispose of the serum vial and used needle head properly after each use. Follow local guidelines for disposing of sharp items and medical waste if applicable.
- Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50+) after treatment, especially if you plan to go outside. Your skin will be more sensitive to UV exposure, and proper sun protection is critical to prevent pigmentation and support healing.
DON’Ts
- Do not use topical retinoids, exfoliating acids, or harsh skincare products (such as AHAs, BHAs, or scrubs) for at least 24 hours before and 72 hours after your treatment. These products can increase skin sensitivity and lead to irritation.
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure for two days before and after treatment. Tanned, sunburned, or UV-stressed skin is more reactive and prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Do not stamp directly on active breakouts, pimples, or open blemishes. You may treat the surrounding area gently, but avoid inflamed or infected skin to prevent spreading bacteria and worsening the condition.
- Stay away from delicate zones such as the eyelids, where the skin is too thin for micro-infusion. Use lighter pressure near sensitive zones.
- Never perform a treatment if your skin is irritated, inflamed, sunburned, or healing from another procedure. Give your skin time to fully recover before using the device.
- Use only YUTH serums that are specifically formulated and labeled for micro-infusion. Regular cosmetic serums may contain preservatives, fragrances, or molecules that can irritate deeper layers of skin when infused. YUTH-approved serums are designed to be safe for direct delivery through microchannels.
- Do not apply excessive pressure when stamping. Pressing too hard can cause unnecessary trauma and slow healing.
- Avoid treating raised or keloid scars. While flat or older scars may benefit from micro-infusion, keloids can worsen with stimulation. Consult a dermatologist if unsure.
- Refrain from applying heavy makeup or resurfacing skincare (including retinol, exfoliating masks, or peels) for at least 72 hours after treatment. Your skin needs time to heal and should not be overloaded with actives.
- Do not expose the treated skin to direct sunlight for 48 hours post-treatment. If sun exposure is unavoidable, wear a wide-brimmed hat and apply broad-spectrum SPF 50+ regularly.

How It Works:
The YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment uses ultra-fine, 24K gold-plated microneedles—each thinner than a human hair—to create precise, controlled microchannels in the outermost layer of your skin. This gentle stamping motion mimics the techniques used in clinical microneedling, but is specially designed for safe and effective at-home use.
These microchannels serve two key functions:
1. Enhanced Ingredient Delivery:
The channels allow active ingredients from your serum to bypass the skin’s surface and penetrate more deeply, where they can work more effectively. This significantly boosts the absorption and efficacy of ingredients like peptides, hydrators, and antioxidants.
2. Natural Skin Regeneration:
The micro-injuries trigger your body’s natural repair process, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Over time, this helps firm the skin, improve texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and promote a smoother, more radiant complexion.
What to expect
YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment is designed to work beneath the surface—where true skin transformation begins. For best results, it is recommended to use the treatment every two weeks to allow the skin time to heal, rebuild, and respond. While every skin is unique, most users notice a clear progression of improvements with consistent use:
After Your First Treatment

- A subtle warmth and a healthy, pink post-treatment glow—like your skin just had a mini workout.
- Skin may feel firmer, refreshed, and lightly tightened.

Pre-treatment preparation
Prepare skin and tools for optimal results and maximum safety.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
-
Sanitize The Area
Lay tools on a clean towel or tray. Avoid working in humid or unsanitary environments like bathrooms. -
Sanitize Hands
Wash thoroughly with soap and water or 70% alcohol. Consider gloves for hygiene. -
Tie Hair Back
Use a headband or hair tie to keep hair away from the treatment zone. -
Cleanse the Face
Use a pH-balanced, non-foaming cleanser to remove oils and debris. Pat dry with a clean towel.
How to micro-infuse
Prepare YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment:

Carefully break the seal on the serum vial (following the arrow by pulling in the indicated direction). Remove the rubber stopper.

Open the sterile package carefully. Firmly attach the micro-infusion applicator head to the serum vial. Shake well before use - similar to how you would shake a body thermometer.

Turn the micro-infusion system upside down and gently tap it on top of your hand a few times until the serum begins to flow. Keep it upside down for 1–2 minutes to allow the serum to fully saturate the applicator. While waiting, wash your face (if you haven’t already) and ensure your hands are clean before application.
Treatment application procedure
Step-by-Step Stamping Protocol:

- Once the serum has had enough time to make its way into the needles, you can take off the lid and start micro-infusing!
- Start at the center of the face and work your way outward to cover the full face. Stamp with a 50% overlap. This means each time you stamp you overlap the previous stamp halfway.
- You can use it on your face, lips, hands, and neck areas. Be cautious when using it on the delicate under-eye area or avoid this area altogether. Maintain a safe distance from your eyes, and handle the area with extra care and gentleness.
- Aim to have the serum always on the end where the needles are when stamping to ensure you’re infusing serum into skin whilst stamping.
- Take all the leftover serum from the device and pat it onto your face and neck. Leave the serum on overnight so your skin can drink up all those nourishing ingredients.
After completing the treatment, place the lid back on the micro-infusion applicator and carefully detach the micro-infusion applicator. Dispose of the used micro-infusion applicator head safely, and always use a new sterile micro-infusion applicator head for each treatment.
Pro Tips:
If you notice the serum isn’t coming through the needles, try tilting your head back slightly or angling the device toward the ceiling to guide the serum downward.
Another tip: Put the lid back on the system, turn it upside down again, and firmly tap the end of the device a few times to push the serum into the needles or shake it well few times.
Aftercare protocol
Proper post-treatment care is essential to maximize the benefits of your YUTH Micro-Infusion Treatment and minimize the risk of irritation or complications. Your skin has just undergone a controlled micro-injury and is now in a delicate, reparative state. How you treat it in the hours and days following your session will directly impact your results.
Follow these professional aftercare guidelines closely to support healing, protect the skin barrier, and reveal a visibly healthier complexion.
The First 24 Hours: Let Your Skin Breathe & Heal
DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE
Avoid washing your face or rinsing the treated area on the day of treatment. Let the revitalizing serum absorb fully and allow your skin’s natural healing processes to begin undisturbed.
SKIP MAKEUP
Avoid all makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment. If absolutely necessary (e.g., for work or events), only use makeup labeled as non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, and suitable for post-procedure or sensitive skin.
REFRAIN INTENSE ACTIVITY
Sweating introduces bacteria into the freshly micro-channeled skin and can lead to irritation or even breakouts. Avoid exercising, hot yoga, sauna or steam rooms, other intense physical activities.
AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE
Your hands carry bacteria, even when clean. Touching the treated skin can introduce contaminants and disrupt healing. Be mindful not to rest your face in your hands or pick at the skin.
NO POOLS, STEAM, OR SUN
Avoid chlorinated water (swimming pools), hot tubs, steam rooms, and sun exposure for at least 24 hours. The skin is more permeable and vulnerable to environmental stressors and chemical irritants.
Day 2–3: Cleanse, Protect, and Restore
CLEANSE GENTLY
The day after your treatment, wash your face using a mild, sulfate-free, pH-balanced cleanser. Avoid foaming or exfoliating cleansers. Pat dry with a clean, soft towel.
MOISTURIZE & HYDRATE
Apply a barrier-repair moisturizer with ingredients such as ceramides, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, squalane. Keep the skin well-hydrated to reduce flaking, tightness, and irritation.
PROTECT WITH SUNSCREEN
Your skin is more photosensitive after micro-infusion. Use a broad-spectrum SPF 50+, even indoors if near windows. Reapply every 2 hours if outside. Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure for 48 hours minimum.
AVOID ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
For at least 2–3 days post-treatment, do not use: AHAs (Glycolic, Lactic acid), BHAs (Salicylic acid), Retinoids (Retinol, Tretinoin), Vitamin C, Alcohol-based toners, Fragrance-containing products, Exfoliating scrubs or masks.
Why? These ingredients may penetrate too deeply through the open micro-channels and cause irritation, peeling, or inflammation.
Expanded FAQ
Q: Can I use it with Botulinum/fillers?
A: Wait 2 weeks post-treatment. Micro-infusion too soon may alter filler placement.
Q: How long before I see results?
A: Some users notice a glow within 24 hours. Collagen improvement appears by week 4–8 with bi-weekly use.
Q: What if my skin feels tight?
A: Use a hyaluronic serum or calming recovery balm. Do not exfoliate or scrub.
Q: Can men use this system?
A: Absolutely. YUTH is gender-inclusive and effective on all skin types.
Q: Can I use tinted SPF after micro-infusion treatment?
A: Yes, but only after the initial healing period. Avoid applying any tinted SPF—or makeup—on the day of your treatment, as your skin barrier is temporarily compromised. Starting the next day, you can use a gentle, fragrance-free tinted sunscreen formulated for sensitive or post-procedure skin. Make sure it’s non-comedogenic and provides broad-spectrum SPF 50+ protection.
Q: Is micellar water a good alternative before/after micro-infusion treatment for skin cleansing?
A: It’s best to avoid micellar water on the day of your treatment. Your skin barrier is temporarily open, and some micellar waters contain surfactants or preservatives that can cause irritation. Starting the day after treatment, you may use a gentle, alcohol-free, fragrance-free micellar water—ideally one formulated for sensitive or post-procedure skin.
